Pema Wangdra holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation business management and a master’s degree in international Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Thailand. He is currently heading SherigX ECPF as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Business Development with the International Institute of Technology and Management. Wangdra has worked in various roles, such as Project Director, Chief Program Coordinator, Training Director, Manager of Sales, Research Assistant, and Training Manager. These roles demonstrate his diverse skill set and experience in managing projects, coordinating programs, leading teams, conducting research, and delivering training. Additionally, Wangdra has worked as Personal Assistant to His Royal Highness Prince Namgyal Wangchuk, the XXVI Paro Penlop of Bhutan for over eight years.
Wangdra has completed numerous training programs and holds certifications in Accreditation, Assessment, Training of Trainers, QMS Auditing, and Project Management. He has also undergone an internship as Customer Service Agent for Thai Airways International, to add up his experiences in handling customer queries and providing customer support.
He has published research on prioritizing key performance indicators for small state-owned airport operations based on TOPSIS.
